We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God. He is the express image of His Father. Hebrews 1:1-3, 8; Colossians 1:15; 2:9; 1 Timothy 3:16.
  1. We believe Jesus Christ existed in heaven in His divine nature before coming to earth. John 1:1, 2; Philippians 2:5, 6; Colossians 2:9; John 1:14; Micah 5:2.
  2. He was born on this earth of the virgin Mary, “conceived in her . of the Holy Ghost.” Matthew 1:18-23.

  3. God created everything through Him. John 1:1-3; Colossians 1:16, 17.
    “As a personal being, God has revealed Himself in His Son. Jesus, the outshining of the Father’s glory, ‘and the express image of His person’ (Hebrews 1:3), was on earth found in fashion as a man.” -Testimonies for the Church, vol. 8, p. 265.
  4. Through His incarnation, crucifixion, and resurrection, Jesus mani¬fested Himself as the Redeemer. He is the only Mediator between God and fallen mankind. His life is a unique example for all humanity and especially for all His followers. Acts 4:12; Philippians 2:5-8; 1 Timothy 2:5, 6; Hebrews 2:17; 1 Peter 2:21; Deuteronomy 18:15; John 18:37.
  5. Today He is our High Priest in the Most Holy Place of the heavenly sanctuary and is performing the final work of atonement. Hebrews 8:1, 2; 7:24, 25; 4:15, 16; 9:24-26.
